Blood to Ice

MrNobody40

I looked at my arms today
These scars that I've had
So long
Now reopened
It was bleeding
Dark red drops on the sink
On the floor
Streaking my skin
It still hurts a bit
So cold
Like my blood turned to ice
And I just laid there

Chilling, I can feel this. Good read.

Thank you very much. It's humbling when you share yourself with people on this level. Leaves me feeling vulnerable, like what are they going to think when they read this?

I completely understand, rest assured that this feeling is not one that you alone hold. Often I wonder if someone sees how naked I am in my words. Vulnerability is scary thank you for having the courage to share. ❤️

Emotions are much easier to express to people I don't know.especially to fellow posts, who understand the power of words and the impact they can make on someone.
