Old friends

A.Windowcleaner

I thought the summer and my friends were great

Till I realised you all cheat, lie and create absurd amounts of hate

I panic its manic the amount of damage that's dealt all the hurt that is felt

Love turns to animosity

Words spit with sheer ferocity

It's like our family is stricken with grief

I just want some fucking relief

Like butchers you all got beef

And knives that slice so deep

It's like nothing matters

Your mouths won't stop the chatter

Your words they never flatter

Only beat abuse and batter

Those that used to matter

The pains of toxic people addressed so vividly by a wise writer. So very well intoned.

    Namaste..
