The way out

Shana

The way out is stright ahead.
A shining bright light.
That will bring an end to this life.

I can see friends and family waiting for me.
My brother, my mother and my best friend.
Are waiting for me beyond the light.

Should I go with them I ask myself.
Maybe beyond the light is a better place.
Filled with love and rid of hate.

But then I turn around look at all my friends.
As they start crying shouting
"SOMEBODY CALL AN AMBULANCE! "

I grasp at my heart as the tears go down there faces.
Then I remember the good times and the places,

That brought us here together on this very special occasion.

Whats the occasion?
Why is my own suicide.

But if I live or die thats up to me.
But when i see thier faces all looking down at me.
I think maybe its not time to go.
With all the new friends I have and the new atmosphere.

This isnt where my story ends.
It where it begins.
As I now atone for a life time of sin.
