The Good Path

 

I try to stay the better way

When I’m given choices

And follow a path for today

With guidance angels’ voices

 

They always help me hear them sing

And even more the choir

So many souls guiding me

With the organ and a lyre

 

Angels make sure I’m not alone

And the journey has been fine

With nothing possibly any better

Than the path that’s been mine

 

Angels help me celebrate

The good in my life

With their blessings never late

But with me all the time

 

I believe in heaven on earth

For those that understand

That there is a bad way too

With the journey of man
