Help! I'm gradually going a bit crazy
Voices in my head are constantly debating

This energy inside is erratically confusing
Lost in moments of emotionally unhealing

The words on this page become unappealing
If I don't get them out then I'm living with that feeling

Am I failing in appreciating the universal calling
How do I elaborate all the things that I am yearning

When everything inside my head is telling me I'm leaving
Knowing all the love I have will float down to the beginning

Looking for balance and harmony in this universe

Wishing to look after and be looked after 

I must convince these voices not to run
