Change in me.

Ng Um

Turning into a person I was afraid to be.

Changed so much that I feel I'm no longer free.

Where did all my smiles and laughter go?

Now all I do is talk low and slow.

Learning a lot about myself being alone.

Alone, tackling with the bricks they have thrown.

Don't know if these changes are good or bad.

But negative people out of my life, for that I'm glad.

Find your smiles and laughter again. Self growth should be a positive change. If you don't feel free than you're probably changing for someone else. The negative people out of your life is a positive thing. It's hard to cut ties with people and habits sometimes but you have to do what's best for you. This is a thought provoking piece. Good job.Good post.
