The words you hear once more
I want to ride again
My friend I know you're sore

I want to ride again
My need is more than yours
I want to ride again
Come on boy, just once more

I want to ride again
Now you're far too sore
I want to ride again
The vet he says no more

I want to ride again
The box rest must be done
I want to ride again
Come on boy, it'll be fun

I want to ride again
You don't seem the same
I want to ride again
You seem in pain

I want to ride again
But it's time to say goodnight
I want to ride again
But I no longer have the right.
