Your words,
they cut me deep,
and stay rooted within,
lodged in between my organs,
running through my blood.
Your words have power,
and I can’t tell if that’s a good thing
or a very very bad thing.
They can either build me up,
or tear me
down,
down,
down.

No way will they tear you down, so don't let them pull your roots up either. Erase the negative and search for your strong positive vibes, good work with you expression her.
Sometimes other peoples words can add to our strengths even if they kill a part of us inside when we hear them.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
