INVADED!

Jenn2009

Does absent make the heart grow fonder, or is it out of sight out of mind?

Do I ever cross your thoughts?  Do you feel about me like I feel about you,  Or do you have feeling for me at all?  My heart breaks a little more each day that you are away from me. I know that it can't be. But you stole a piece of me Can I have it back...please. I wish I could forget you. You invaded the part of me I thought I locked up and threw away the key. Why did you break the lock?  You kept hammering away. Til it shattered You kicked in the door But you didn't replace it, you left it open Please put it back, at least close it Please give me back the piece of my heart The piece you stoled

      I
This reads like you want to be the victim of a disinterested and unworthy 'partner' devoted to the memory of what might have been.
Well written because so many others express a similar circumstance happening to their lives.
It would be refreshing to see another piece showing you realise you are worth so much more than this departed person was capable of providing. That you have grown and moved on to a lifes view more fulfilling and positive.
      Dont wallow, tomorrows the future.
