Who am I? 

A question I ask,

While laying in bed watching time pass,

 

Like, what if I was a bear?

Would I live life without any care?

Enjoy all my berries and sleep 

everywhere?

 

Or what if I was a bird?

Would I finally be free?

Soaring the sky as far as the eye can see?

 

Or what about a whale?

Would happinesses prevail?

Would my stories be told by every sailor who sails?

 

Would my question be answered and I’ll finally sleep?

Or will I find that I’m only happy when I’m being me?
