Wonders

Agiel

Would you..

Miss how I talk?
Miss how I walk?
Miss how I stare?
How is any of this fair?

Would you..

Cry for me?
Perhaps revolt at it
Or stand in your pit
Wondering if it's your fault I quit.

Would you..

Break to your knees
Scream, break and destroy
Eternally blaming yourself
Knowing I had not one bit of joy.

Would you..

Realize I'm gone
Or simply deny?
Do you still stand tall
Or ask yourself why?

Would you..

Hold me tight
Stare in to my eyes,
Feel my sorrow
And hear my cries?

There's no more time..

The clock has stopped.
On the floor I have dropped.
Death has finally came
And everyone's to blame.

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem is how I felt for years duo to being suicidal. I wondered for years if anyone would miss me and how they would react if I did. Forgiveness was a hard thing to achieve but I ended up forgiving everyone that showed remorse. This is for my family, the ones who for years I have blamed and maybe still do deep down.
