who am i? Poem, by trina jocelyn, at My poetic side

i'm a soldier with scars
i've never got my first car
i'm a warrior but i got tears
there's nothing to fear
i'm young and dumb
but i know where i come from
i'm not rich but
i feel the rush
i'm alone
but i have a home
cry every night
hoping everything will be alright
i wake up and it's the same
who am i gonna blame
and yet, i can never be tamed

Comment from author about the poem: it is about me, how i feel, i've been through things growing up and watching people leave me, is why i said " i can never be tamed" meaning like, if i don't wanna open up to you or let you love me or take care of me, i won't let anyone due to past experiences, "i'm a soldier with scars" means i've self harmed but i'm still going on with life, picking myself up even after i fell down, learning to love myself is hard so i keep trying, "i'm not rich but i feel the rush" means I don't get a lot of money due to cheap paychecks in reserves, sometimes were tight but most are like less and we never have food at home and struggle to pay everything but we manage. anyways thanks for reading it, if you have anything or like advice and stuff, please do, comment below! :)
