Dark Abyss

Reyas

Falling into a deep black abyss,

Seems to go on forever,

The darkness an ever so comforting blanket,

Embracing  me as if a mother would a child,

Welcoming me as if it has been my home all along,

As if I’ve been away on vacation and finally found my way back,

Wait.. is that the bottom?

Oh wait never mind,

Just more darkness surrounding every centimeter of my body.

Restricting my movements like a snake would do to a cute little bunny,

Right before crushing every bone in its tiny body.

Maybe I’ll finally die,

Maybe I can finally rest,

That’d be wonderful.
