By essence your poem is rebuke to those who sympathise and say \"You\'ll be fine\" without any knowledge or experience of \"Mental Health\" ! Those who have can empathise problems with you ~ just by being there ~ holding your hand and (best of all) by saying nothing at all ! I am a student councellor and have some understanding of Mental Health Issues and sometimes a person just want you to sit and cry with them to prevent them from self-harming or worse.
