Holes in my head- a Poem about anxiety

WELCOME TORI ~ I WAS ANXIOUS AS A TEEN ~ But in my late 20\'s with a Degree and a Job and responsibility and more self assurance ~ the energy i used worrying I used to cope with the demands of everyday life. I live on my own (in a Flat) so basically i only have to please myself (and my current GF) so I have less to worry about ~ but of course I still worry a bit (we all do !). Right now I\'m worried about my Friends in MANCHESTER (UK) ~ see my poems. Thinking of you ~ as your last line suggests ~ the less we worry the better the Person we become.
