I just want to feel better already.

I’m not sure what ails you,
However I have a condition called fibromyalgia.
I was treated like a crazy person for many years.
Every day I’m in pain, or , and having problems with my stomach, bladder, balance.
I know it’s hard to carry on sometimes but, try to enjoy all the gifts in your life.
Every morning I count the good things I have in my life.
I think of the suffering others, many so much worse than my own.
I wish you well:)
Keep writing, stay connected.
This is a big part of what keeps me going.

Depression is horrible. I can relate. Great poem, by the way, but so sad. Hope you feel better soon!

Any light at the end of the tunnel? A good write as a poem. Is this your personal experience now? (if you wish to share more).

Great lines: I need to get up and move.

Dancing to the groove.

writing can be a very good form of therapy , along with yoga, not sure if you do yoga or not .. but its something which is very good for you and can certainly induce feelings of peace and calm .. i hope things can get better for you
