The lyrics sound great in your poem and the scene you describe is similar to the place I disappeared to when I heard folklore for the first time (only a little darker). Well done!

As a mom myself, sometimes it\'s hard to talk to our children because,as much as we love,we don\'t want to think about our child hurting,it makes us think that we failed as a mom,but try to talk to her,you might be surprised by what she says.
