have None of these things
are you really, that
worse off
than the rest of us..?
if you believe you are, then that\'s fine
I\'ll hope things get better for you soon...
but, if you\'re true to yourself
and realise, things
can be a lot worse..
then ask yourself, what more can you ask for
how much of your prayers, truly
go unanswered?
what is it about those who Preach
unattainable, Paradise
that makes you feel, inadequate
or worthless..
why would They, preach
such things, that make you feel weak?

the minute, you find
the right things, to ask for
in life..
don\'t believe the Adverts
Curated by conniving minds
free yourself,
speak to your chosen God
one on one, devoid
of intermediary church Businesses
asking
for 10% of your earnings
as \'handling fees\'..
Faith, begins from within
free yourself, to maximise
your Hope!

Suicidal thoughts

A lot of mental health is affected not by just our own thoughts but by the society community and the environment all contributes to this.
See therapy is meant to make you introspect your own condition in realation to your environment, community and society etc and discover the source of problem and then find the best solution you can execute to keep yourself sound.
Never give up...there is always a way out so take time work on thyself and come back.....the very people who are insulting you will be the one seeking you for solution....that is your capability......so keep listening to your inner voice of encouragement amidst these negatives...you are the problem solver no one has known yet....be encouraged.

to Murder each other
can be categorised
as Fate..
maybe, if we tripped n fell
smacked our hollow heads
on a weapon and caused it
to fire and hurt someone
we can hide behind, fate

it\'s just self-involved individuals
or those warped, mindless herds
of our \'wilfully oblivious\' society
Choosing, to encourage
that wanton disregard for life
and nihilism, by killing
those weaker than them

opinions
on how we should, All
live...
