I can fully relate to how you feel. Somehow it never seems to get any better. But even when everything seems dark, there are moments of light. I try to capture those moments in pictures or objects or writing so I can look back at them when I\'m at my lowest - reminders that there\'s always something to live for. They say it gets better, and while I haven\'t really noticed it yet, some things do get easier and with practice you get better at spotting the glimpses of light that are at the end of the tunnel. No matter how far away it might be, they\'re there. Keep going
