Death From Improvement

Sometimes as humans we beat ourselves up a little too much.
Every morning, tell yourself It\'s going to be a great day, get out and walk or run and the new you will appear.

Clever in both concept and wording this poem conveys the use of what one has under their control to make themselves better and when all else fails uses light be that knowledge, truth, or just symbolically the shining part of a God or higher power to overcome any doubt. Very nicely done

Night Terrors

Night terrors are terrible indeed. Never having had one I have only observed other that have. A night time panic attack where images of being crushed alive or cut in half lead to heart rates over 200 beats a minute, perspiration and difficulty breathing. A terrible experience. Well written
