WOW ~ There's a dramatic turn around ~ not a wordless poem (as first posted) but a lengthy Welsh Epic of the rise and fall of "Astal the Dragon"" by ALEMA from the Valleys ! Twelve beatifully crafted STANZAS ! S1. Alema is the Father and Protector of the Clan S2. He is also the Senior Elder of the Tribe. S3. ASTAL is hell bent on destroying Alema and his tribe-. S4. An order is given to flee from Astal and survive at all costs ! S5. Alema recalls that long ago he had destroyed one of Astal's eyes with a lance, Astal seeks revenge ! S6. Back in Wales the Tribe is still plagued and plundered by Astal. S7. Astal is without feeling and continues to kill without mercy ! S8. ALEMA determines to kill Astal using bows and arrows. S9'. ALEMA sets a trap for Astel S10. Astal appears and people are burned to daeth by his breath. A trap is set with net ~ sword and spear. S11. Astal is overcome and killed ! S12. With Astal defeated there is PEACE in the VILLAGE ~ but ~ paradoxically HE IS MISSED ! It was ever thus ! Thanks for sharing ~ very dramatic BRIAN
