This was a good book for me to read, because I have anxiety attacks about death. I liked how I knew what was going to happen, yet it was still unexpected. I could see myself in Mateo with the fear. I loved the main story with Mateo and Rufus, but I also liked the side character stories. And the friends are amazing. I love Mateo and Rufus’s friends! I liked how the Part titles gave something toward its section. There are a few quotable lines I found that made me stop and think. This entire book made me think about life and death and mortality, and it makes me want to live every day like it’s my End Day.

One of my favorite books. Though it wasn't as deep as I had expected it to be, it was still a memorable and heart-touching tale.
