A Young Poet’s Dream

Reyas

What is my dream?

Well in the most complicated way:

I want to change the world.

I want my words to be the voice of those who cannot see,

I want my voice to be the eyes for those who cannot see,

I want to be a lighthouse for those stranded in the dark,

I want to take a world full of gray and bathe in colors of positivity, love, and peace.

I want my words to reach across the globe and inspire people.

But in the simplest way:

I just want to change one persons world.

Just a day.

I just want to make a difference in someone’s day.

I just want to make people smile.

If I can just make one person’s day better,

Then haven’t I already changed the world?

A fine aspiration "I want it said when i am gone, i moved the world just one step on."
Many people have a similar desire but it's not in the saying, it's in the doing.
You are right though, making one persons day better does move the world on. Something to encompass into daily life for us all.

    A fine write R.
Yep, you could change me today. I mean - give me singing lessons. Might not help though. I've had about 5 million lessons already. Hmm, why did tutor wear ear plugs all the time?! heehee.

Good positive write, if you can help somebody take just one step along their path of life your job has been done.

Fantastic although I must include yourself too, an uplifting soulful dream that I believe you already achieved.
