I disappear for months on end......just my life but I always come back!

How should I feel
When I would start a war for you but you won't even make a ripple in a puddle for me
How should I feel
When Nations would fall for slating your name but no stone in the sea you would throw for me
How should I feel
When you deserve to be fought for, but no fight for me there seems to be
How should I feel
When I give you all, but it's not given back to me
How should I feel
When the sadness it takes me and I can't bare your name
How should I feel
When suddenly I realise you don't feel the same

      I love the repeated question in your piece. For right there and then its a huge question. A feeling of being abused, undervalued, dishonoured, taken for granted, used.... all of these and more but no single word suffices.
