The love of Christ does us constrain

We preach Him not for gain

Of self, but that others be saved

For He the way has paved

 

For 'tis so, that Christ died for all

So were [we] all dead, the call

We hear, to share, evangelise

Open spiritual eyes

 

And He did die for all that they

Live not for selves each day

But live to Christ who for them died

No Saviour there beside

 

So now we know no one from view

Of human ways, but new

We view them in Christ as the ones

In God's sight [His] daughters, sons
