I just wanna forget today,

And remember yesterday,

I wanna forget today because today holds tears,
Forget today because today holds only memories,

I wanna go back to yesterday,

Where all the memories were played in life,
Go back to where everything was alright,

Yesterday held your warm embrace,
Today only holds agony,

And the misplaced,

Yesterday the sky was bluer,

And the love was darker,
Today the sky is blacker,

And the love is lighter,

And I swear if I had the chance,
I would ride the moon back to yesterday,

Because today only holds agony,

And the misplaced,

But yesterday,

Yesterday held your warm embrace.
