GOD IN SIN CITY

kaychee

I found God in sin city

He came to save the condemned souls

He was in the man offering the beggar water

I saw Him

I thought He was far off

But He was next to me

In the corner of the strip club

Waiting for the soul

Of that broken stripper, jaded

I saw Him

You might not agree with me

But I saw Him

I felt Him

When the singer at the bar told me I’m never alone

He made me know

He made me Understand

He’s in every heart that shows kindness

That brings peace,

Happiness.

I found God in sin city.
