from that moment,

the way you hold and touch,
from the way you make my heart skip,

The unconditional love,
the sleepless nights,
the messy arguments,
those countless phone calls.
Even though what we have is love,
it's took a long time to find this love,
but I wouldn't want it any other way,
because I always knew that it would be you.

- Comment from author about the poem: This poem to me comes straight from the heart. It's about my current girlfriend and how we've been through the wars to get where we are now. countless arguments, sleepless nights and months without speaking to each other. you name it, we've been through it. but now everything has changed and we are completely and utterly in love, and things could not be better. This writing is coming from my behalf saying how I knew she was always the one and that we both needed to figure out what we wanted in order for things to work between. From falling in love with this amazing woman at the age of 16 and now i'm going on 19, you could say its not been easy. but now this is it, shes my ride or die. and i couldn't be more in love and completely happy.
