The Grey Between

BWaite

How is it you don’t know you’re a ghost?

Nothing but a silent, grey emptiness

Rattling my cupboards when I won’t feed you,

Slamming my doors when I won’t entertain you.

Moving objects for attention.

Never growing. Never creating. Never changing.

Only blowing empty air.

Don’t you want to move on?

To stop haunting me.

To be more than a ghost.

To be more than a ghost is a great line in expressing your empty thoughts about your partner. You capture your sentiments well. Welcome to MPS, BWaite.
