Stand out!

Poetic Dan

We're here to stand out

Embracing our soul
Embodied in I Am.

To free the wars
Plaguing this world
We must make peace
Within ourselves

One truth
Infinite

  • Comment from author about the poem: I'm working really hard at the moment and today I'm off to promote a workshop giving leaflets out in Brighton....its 24/7 but I love what I'm doing. Much peace and love, thank you all here that have helped me push myself more. I hope you all show the world how amazing I think you all are!

Would you trade inner turmoil for peace on earth?
    Harmony, the peacemakers camoflage.

If we all walked with it within us then who would be the one to fight in the wars, steal from the neighbours or just try to rule over?

I'm unsure that you understood me. I would gladly trade an inner turmoil for peace on earth. Secondly, standing out engenders hatred and envy in some whereas blending in harmoniously enables one to communicate.
I take your point that if we all were of harmonious nature all the negatives would disappear, but we are not so blessed in todays world.... many around us are tempted to act unharmoniously by all sorts of stresses, perils and desires. We cannot simply 'imagine' those people are not there.

That peace within ourselves must be shown to others, maybe the scientists can make a peace disease that would destroy enmity.

In my opinion it could be done by showing our children not to hate, we have to be the change and that's my aim.
          Thank you and always appreciated

So true, all we can do is guide our children (and in my case Grandchildren) into the ways of love and peace.
