In My Time Of Need

 

Many thoughts in my head

And some more important to me

In the forefront of my mind

Waiting to be set free

And with a little more reflection

I know what I want to say

In a special communication

With You as I pray

 

And when You answer me

As You always do

You are the direction that I need

With all my days improved

And I am grateful for Your concern

For me and my spiritual life

And my heart burns deep down

And I know that I’m alive

 

When the day is done and over

I look back and replay

The things that have happened

And when from You I strayed

And always bad things end

With Your care and comforting me

Saving me again and again

And providing for my needs

      A fine write and pic w c. Yes, saves from pain and suffering - unless maybe there is a higher purpose for the suffering. But surely saved from un-redemptive suffering, where it is harmful or hurtful to us.
