Daydream

Jabberwocky

This business of existing
I haven't got it yet
Maybe by December
Yeah, by December I'll be set
I'll get the hang of walking
As if I'm not afraid
I'll get the hang of speaking
So it's heeded; what I've said.
By Christmas I'll be awesome
By Easter near Devine
Then I'm sure to prosper
And all will be just fine
For when we think of futures
When all is what we want
It is our perfect selves
That such futures haunt.

Our future will only get better through our experience of our pasts. Good write.
