The Ballad
Theta was here, he was on a quest following someone that he wanted to learn from, neither night nor day did he stop until he caught up to him. He smiled because he became whole for once.
- I shall rise to the challenge and no longer will i quit
At the first sight of difficulty i will no longer sit
- For I am tired of failure and giving others regret
The longest of time I failed them when on me they bet
- “Next time” I tell them again and again
Yet still nothing from me they have gained
- Not reassurance, relief, or even happiness
Now to end this sob story and get down to business
- I shall become the man my mother wants me to be
I shall be the son my that my father wants to be happy
- Shall become the brother my siblings are proud of
I shall get rid this lifestyle as if it was an uncomfortable glove
- One day I’ll love her & myself one day you’ll see
But not until I set myself free
