Friends are suppose
To be there for you
When you cry not the
Reason you cry.
I don't hate you,
I'm just disappointed,
You turned into,
Everything you said,
You'd never be.
I hate how we've,
D r i f t e d a p a r t,
But then again,
If you won't make an effort,
To keep me in your life,
Why should I?
It's tough when your,
Friend begins to ignore you,
It's even tougher to pretend,
You don't mind.
My biggest mistake,
Is thinking that,
People care for me,
As much as I,
Do for them.
Nothing hurts more than being,
Disappointed by the single,
Person you thought would never,
Hurt you.

- Comment from author about the poem: My best friend betrayed me she did everything to me that she said she would never do and when I realized it was to late to get her back from the dark pit that she buried herself in and dug me even deeper that herself cause she didn't see that she had hurt me in ways she could never realize.
