A Mum's Thoughts (June Bowers)

QuietWords

You have always told me

Of your love for me.

You have always shown it

Plain for me to see.

One of us will say something

To make the other smile.

It always seems to strengthen me

To walk life's other mile.

I thank you for the happiness

That eases all the strife.

Always I'll be grateful

That you came into my life.
