Progressing through our lives
We are often stopped,
Stopped by that which we fear.
We are frightened to go that way,
And chose a different path,
A safer more mundane trail
That could lead our lives
Into safety and boredom.
We think about those things,
Those things of which we dream.
Those things are there,
As everything that we ever wanted
Is always there,
It is found on the other side of fear.
Go through the gate that frightens you
And start the glory and wonder,
The glory and wonder of your life.

A good write Gold. There's a whole book on 'Feel the fear and do it'. We might umm and ahh about it (me too!) - too dangerous? too risky; etc?

Great POEM Uncle Andy ~ We have missed you advice on this (& that !) Love the SEEKERS Brian & I both know we will never find a more perfect partner ! Love the POEM ! Brian & I were both scared about us being apart (11,500 miles) for over a Year : BUT we overcame the fear : and paradoxically it has brought us closer together ! Thanks for caring !
