Probably in pain
Why waste your time
On the thoughts of what they say
Do you know you're gonna pass
Probably too soon
Why spend your last
Regretting what you didn't prove
Do you know you're alive
notice when you breathe
Are you a moment in time
Or is time you're everything
Do you know you exist
When you go unnoticed
Is your existence encapsulated
By the gender or the race
Of the last lips that you kissed
Is it a dream
Is it a life
Was that a gun
Was that a knife
Is it wrong
Is it right
Is now the when
Without the why
Are we heading for a time
We could all get killed
Just for being alive

My Spirit will never die. Good write.
I have just put up a poem in response to your - "Yes I Exist"
I can see how life can be just an 'existence' for some folk. Some pass away peacefully though.
All of us live for a reason and maybe we don't see it as good but there was a 1 in 1 billion chance of us being born and thats insane right there.
Or maybe it all happens because it's the only way it can happen..? Who knows..
