The secret of motivation
Is managing the emotion
Being a positive inspiration
Spreading a sense of elation
When all goes well; recognition
When things go wrong don’t dampen ambition
Create a sense of coalition and competition
Not attrition nor inquisition
Motivation not a text book rendition
But a human to human exhilarating condition.
