WE get a New One on 1st January : New Year Day !
YES for the 30 years Ive lived
EACH YEAR (since 1988) has been a new one : New
AMBITIONS : Plans : Opportunities : New Year .....
RESOLUTIONS ! Have you made your list yet ?
REMEMBER to always put others FIRST
ENSURE you are always "on time" for Meetings etc
SHOW People your true self : dont mislead !
OPEN your Heart to People : show kindness
LOVE is what People need : so be loving !
VALUE these attitudes : you will create a nice environment
EVERY DAY is an opportunity to be an ENCOURAGER !

Angela - well done - -a very appealing set of reasons to try listing the important resolves which will help throughout the coming New Year - I resolve to adopt your inventive word in that final line my dear friend - to be an ENCOURAGER. Into my favs with this little gem.
THANKS FAY PLEASED YOU LIKED IT : BRIAN is an Encourager and He has taught & encouraged me to be a better Poet and to use forms such as Acrostics & Sonnets ! I was pleased with this one because the right ACROSTIC words just seemed to come in the right place giving lines of similar lenghth : quite a challenge. My JOB is basically encouraging Poeple (despite the Pain) to regain ful use of their limbs or prosthetics after accidents and injuries etc. This experience (and the results I see) enable me to be an encourager in other spheres.

Thanks UNCLE ANDY : Pleased you enjoyed it. Its 8:30 am (Saturday) here so I am just catching up on MPS after Breakfast. I have explained to FAY that my JOB requires me to be an ECOURAGER and I carry it over into other walks of Life. Also because I am a Committed Christian I resolve each year to show more of the FRUIT of the Spirit (Love : Joy : Peace etc) in my everyday life. Cant wait for New Year as we will be one of the First Countries in the World to experience it 12+ hours ahead of the UK !
