Thank You

psychofemale

I lost you out there, when I said the wrong thing

You left before I could apologize

took flight with those wings...

with your skin so pale, you'll blend right in

and I'll keep looking, I'll search end to end

You said I love you, but I hesitated

It caught me off guard

I shouldn't have waited

and when the words came out

all I could say was "thank you, I didn't know you felt that way"

And now you are gone and I'm left with these thoughts

Do I love you with all my heart?

The night is young

but it's cold as ice

I'm worried to death I won't find you tonight

I fall to my knees, this pain is too strong

Now I know I've loved you

all along
