The most silent thing is what's inside
So loud you will hear nothing go by
To push past all the aches and pains
Only to find out it was probably in vain
The mind will keep it going insane
As it can't let go of all the happenings
No matter your patience you'll be asked for more
If eager enough to fight then it comes to your door
I know I'm not the only one that mental stress has hold of
Days or weeks, even months can go passed
Negative words keep flying in
You hear that inner voice dim
You've done the best you can do
Someone will always disapprove
Never the less the weight is big
Trying to calm down everything
There is no need to scream & shout
As those peoples words will fade out
Everything rises and everything falls
But the mind can go beyond it all
For now I'll keep training mine to do better than before
As right now it's in a battle within many wars
Does this humble pie go on forever
Or
Is it the price to pay to sit at this table

I once read Dan that the mind has power but not over will - there is a lot of food for thought in this well crafted piece of work.
Thank you, I'm still looking over it myself to see more of the emotions that are driving this feeling at the moment.
The mind can be the most powerful thing to resurrect you, just think of the good in your life and look to the future that that good will do for you.
Forward and creating thank you for being here my friend
