Jewels could not e'er compare to thy own eyes,
Adventure brings a thrill thou yet eclipse,
Rare beauty irreplicable by guise,
And wisdom flows from thy alluring lips,
Deservedly your presence joy inspires,
Or equally your foes it quickly routs,
Rise up, a love that humbles even fires,
Elapsing years erase any last doubts,
Serrated feelings lost to times gone by,
Lustrated by a heart most in control,
Instantly all my fears you nullify,
Good fortune brought your beauty to my soul,
Harmonious you so uplift my world,
Thus, here my heartfelt feelings lie, unfurled.
