A Handful of Ghosts
It was while
Sharing your
Bed with
A handful of
Ghosts
I was forced
To conclude
There was just
Never enough
Room
There for me
So as I bring
You your tea
And a handful
Absolutes
Plus a few
Home truths
Each one
Of them painted
In delicious
Black and white
I leave them
Here for you
To digest
At your leisure
Any time of
Day or night
And remember
Whatever
Else you do
Keep my number

A fine, maybe swoony write N.
thank you orchidee, appreciated but hold that swoon, at least till later and you get home...
Meanwhile, I'm keeping my towdah - oops, powder - dry (as in me poem today).
I sometimes
Wonder
If I share
My bed
With more than
A handful
Of
Ghosts
And whether
There is any
Space
In that bed
Left
For me
Just a thought...
From your words
Funny innit how just a word, or a few words, or a taste, or a smell, or a sound, or a feeling can trigger a whole series of subsequent questions, concerns and doubts and.... thank you for checking in and considering these words sylviasearcher, always welcome and much appreciated, Neville
Thanks for sharing your neat series of little thoughts 😌
I had to.. they were so untidy in my head...

I should have had you round mine to help with the cleaning!

I have often pondered what I might enjoy, the truth is I’m not sure I know, I’ve just opened the laptop and might disappear into it...
dive in and enjoy.. when ya get time, let me know what you find there..
I meant I was going to do some writing.
I’m hoping to find a peaceful forest where everything is okay x
I hope you find that forest x
Oh yeah, I think I know the way.
It's a secret though.
we should all have a few of them...
A pleasant near Miss for your heart. Not the right companion for the whole journey but a few pleasant day trips are on the cards by the look of it.
