Onion ~ Celery ~ Red sweet Pepper
Sweated in de pan in de pan wit oil
Den I adds flour an milk an fish cubes
An cook and stir until thick MAMA !
DEN add de Crab Meat an diced potatoes !
Yo boil dat some more EZRA ?
YUP MAMA we simmer for 10 more minutes
Den we Season wit salt & pepper & cyanne
How yo serve that EZRA ? !
We serve with Sour Cream MAMA
An warm fresh dough rolls
An a glass o cold mango juice ~ MAMA
Good Boy Ezra ~ Large Bowl fer MAMA !
