Troubles Gone

w c

Troubles Gone

If ever my troubles went away

Just who would I be

What would all my friends say

Had happened to the former me

Would each day then be great

With no sadness at all

Would I spend my days

With happiness all I saw

Could I help the others

Who had bad times still

Could I help my brothers

Know the happiness I feel

How long would it last

This new way of my life

Would the bad ever come back

To trouble me day and night

Would I have to be in Heaven

For my new life to stay

Could life on earth be a blessing

Before Heaven that awaits

Wonderful write. In our lives we earn our happiness and the more we put into life the better it is. All days become wonderful.

Yes, Goldfinch. One gets out of life what one puts into it.
