Leaving our marks

Poetic Dan

The pen is mightier than the blade
The word does more on a page

Explosions echo ripping atmos to dust
But
A voice moves through many dimensions

Within our souls we all know it to be true

Two will protect you
Only one projects you

The choice is ares
Leaving our marks
Forever continuing
Future from the past

Leaving behind words will assure our memory stays in readers' minds and hearts - a good reminder Dan.

The words that we write on the page come from our souls and can be so meaningful.
