I called smokey Jo, told me slow down on the road
There's no need to overload, just expand with what you know
Share with people that enjoy your flow, finally learn to free the soul
I was needing to get out a hole, so I wrote down to begin my show
A few came in giving up a rope, from worlds I'd never known
Singing from mountains and depth of volcanoes
We're all needed to move on in this ripple.
I've spoken to smoky Jo, told me no need to keep your head so low
Relaxe shoulders let the tension go, feel the wind lift up the soul
Don't let tears drown out the sound, of the love that's in the land
Use your hands to create the bliss, see the feet tap along to this
Now smokey Jo passes this to you, like a hot potato for you to use
Sow or eat no win or lose, we're all here just passing through
So blaze it up if your wanting to
Or be a flicker in a little room
No matter what it's all the same
The world is better with your flame
