To Whom It May Concern

Neville

To Whom It May Concern

Please excuse

This intrusion

I need to know

Your thoughts

On the union

I am about to

Propose

I need to know

Whether there is

Any point me

Reserving

A special place

For you

Within the vault

Of my memory

Safe from

Predation

As well as my own

Eventual senility

I need to know

You understand

Precisely

Where I stand

And where

To find you

Should you ever

Agree to my

Subsequent proposal

Elsewise we

Shall be forced to remain

Familiar strangers

A little reassurance can be spread a very long way Fay... thank you again.. Neville

Was it you who wrote prince Phillips proposal to Elizabeth.

So formal. A tad stand offish. The sort of thing a very timid upper class twit might phrase in desperation in an attempt to gain marriage before his 40th birthday perhaps.

Verily i begst of thee, wilt thou lay with me this morrow lest we part yet unfamiliar of pleasures betwixt bed linen.

        Familiar strangers with benefits perhaps?

I have been called a chameleon many time before ... invariably by those who have no idea how close they are... thank you for visiting .......Neville

Familiar strangers can be so meaningful that they can soon become dear friends or even more. Good words Neville.
