Smile whenever you can

And let everybody know

That you are feeling grand

And that you love life so

 

And with a stranger

Smile whenever you can

To say there is no danger

In meeting a new friend

 

Smile to disarm

And show that all is safe

With no further alarm

And danger gone away

 

Know a smile’s power

To uplift a troubled soul

With plenty blessings showered

On anyone feeling low

 

Thank God that you can smile

And always let Him see

That you haven’t frowned in a while
