Yes! You..

Poetic Dan

Sometimes you'll walk their path
In order to step out of their shadow

To become you
It's beautiful

      Dan,

You’ll get there ! I have no doubts about that! You’re stronger than you think you are! I wish your friend the best on his/her journey!

I swear I'm just stuck on this last roundabout, now I see the exit sign!
Thank you kindly for the thought for her and any other looking to break their own pattern.

        Always appreciated
        Much love and respect

A fine inspiration Dan. Erm, where ya getting to? Will ya know when ya have got there? If ya are going to the Co-op, ya will need the No.11 bus! lol.

          • Poetic Dan

Dam it! I'm on the No.10
No wonder it just keeps going
Around & around, again & again
            Still in enjoying the ride

            Thank you as always
            For the laughter you bring

Doh! lol. Ahh, the circular No.10 route. Hey, a guy was having me on. I said 'Which bus is it to get to Saturn?' He said 'The No.8'. I said 'Hey, you know by now that the No.8 goes to Mars; you're pulling my leg!' Much more of this and we'll go potty!

i wish I had the elixir that would eradicate addiction, I would share it with all of humanity.
Meanwhile, your realizing it is half the battle, so stay strong.

                • Poetic Dan

Thank you my friend I can get addicted to most things very easily and I'm glad to say alcohol is not one of them!
Although I'm happy to admit there's definitely other parts I'm working on.

                  Always appreciate your words
                  Definitely with a positive vibe
To find our elixir then share with the world!

I dunno what normal is, I'm not sure about acceptable either.
In so many ways i don't fit in. It's easier for me to not try to fit in. In this way, although i'm insular. I can just be me. With all the crazy stuff that's happened in my life and stuff done to me it only comes to a head when i try to fit in.
But i'm just me, finding my own way, my journey.
Hah! and you thought this was bout you..... one thing i like about myself is my sense of humour and self ridicule.. ooppss that's two.

                  • Poetic Dan

Well it is good to like more than one thing 😉
Really enjoyed read about you though! Lol
